    The Key

    Post  Alienne Laval on Sun Feb 06, 2011 12:17 pm

    I once found this riddle: 5. Mosis 16.21 A A A - it was a funny browser "malfunction". I posted that on Twitter on July 12th, 2009.

    Hmm, the text of this passage of Deuteronomy is differently translated; but can be condensed to this sentence:

    "You shall not plant for yourselves any kind of tree dedicated to Ashera beside the altar of the Lord your God..."

    So, this sentence was the beginning of the end in fact because it forbade trees and woods - all life in deed - close to the houses of God. It drove life into nonexistence in the long run, and dead constructions became its determinators. So the abstract and the concrete changed values - the abstract became the real and the concrete the irreal.

    All that gets even more interesting when one looks at the in this passage of Deuteronomy possibly codified year dates: one gets two dates, 1605 and 1621.

    Paul V. established the Bank of the Holy Spirit in 1605 (the year he became pope), and he died in 1621 (beside many other things he did, he was the founder of the Vatican*s secret archive, and also he deepened the gap between the Roman and the English church).

    The petrification of the world preceded its monetarization. And now, as effect the fluid state of the monetary economy is reached, driving all into virtuality. And all that happened based on silly beliefs and on Jahwe*s certainly under Roman/Etruscan influence uttered dictum that Ashera, who deeply resisted to be seen as Juno Moneta, is bad...

    Some weeks ago my friend Judy posted an interesting link, discussing new findings in the Rosslyn Chapel, entitled: Rosslyn Chapel was a haven for bees.

    Why did the master masons do all that, even placing some kind of bee hives into the stonework? They wanted to protect the vanishing life, that could not nestle in trees and shrubberies anymore, maybe foreboding the coming desaster.

    Hmm, I like this version... despite the fact that it is a stairway to earth in deed.

    But, no wonder that people who do not know what earth could be with all their fucked up metaphysics must believe that it only can be heaven...

    ironically;
    both the king/and, the slave/server 'in role'/or 'in essence'
    are both cardinal (as per michael teachings)

    i found that quite interesting

    as, the slave/or server is always close to the king
    and, who easier to support the king/and, the kingdom
    and/or, who easier to destroy/or kill the king/and, the kingdom

    balance is really important
    and, eXchanging, sharing, and, weaving

    ~ you wouldn't try to run without both of your boots laced up
    and, in order, to get the boots tied up properly
    you make sure, you've covered the depth/length and width of your laces

    exceptions proof the rule
    that is how a good narration functions
    you have a set of rules
    universal
    but somtimes rules must be broken
    that makes a good story

    In the beginning was the Ruler, and the Ruler was with Psyche,
    and the Ruler was Psyche.

    *Hehe*..., no...

    A universe is a temporary makeshift of a principially endless semiosis. This is, that a prototypic story "in" the previous universe becomes the rule of the next..., this is: the universe.

    Vafthruthnir means "weaver of riddles" - these riddles are the rules - the giants.

    What did Odin (Othin) then do?

    10. "If a poor man reaches | the home of the rich,
    Let him wisely speak or be still;
    For to him who speaks | with the hard of heart
    Will chattering ever work ill."

    Odin was in guise and allowed the weaver of riddles to expose himself..

    1. "Speak now, Eldir, | for not one step
    Farther shalt thou fare;
    What ale-talk here | do they have within,
    The sons of the glorious gods?"

    6. "Thirsty I come | into this thine hall,
    I, Lopt, from a journey long,
    To ask of the gods | that one should give
    Fair mead for a drink to me.

    11. "Hail to you, gods! | ye goddesses, hail!
    Hail to the holy throng!
    Save for the god | who yonder sits,
    Bragi there on the bench."

    Bragi spake:
    12. "A horse and a sword | from my hoard will I give,
    And a ring gives Bragi to boot,
    That hatred thou makst not | among the gods;
    So rouse not the great ones to wrath."

    Your psychology of settledness is overruled - and in fact never was true.

    The Living Word is a process - and no chair farter.

    Psyche is nothing to generalize or to abstract...

    So it is settled then ?

    My perspective is the one of a living being - so I am process (and not in the process; as if it were an object). And if this is so there is no objective relation to anything thinkable. As a consequence the subject dissolves too. A further consequence is that there is not any theoretical approach possible to get that anymore. So, abstraction becomes purely apparative, as a tool, like so many others.

    It is no general or omni psyche possible that can do so, but a sign-local occurance only, that is: the concrete living being.

    The "philosopher" Leszek Kolakowski once wrote that it is impossible to step into outer human positions - the mistake belief systems and theoretical systems so often make...

    ...and then to submit the being to those systems by force. The results we can experience daily.

    Why Pythia did not prophesy in metre in those days

    Post  Alienne Laval on Sun May 22, 2011 7:17 pm

    Body uses many instruments, soul uses body and parts, soul has been brought into being as the instrument of God. The excellence of an instrument is to imitate most closely the power which uses it, with all its own natural power, and to reproduce the effect of his essential thought, but to exhibit it, not pure and passionless and free from error, as it was in the creative artist, but with a large admixture of foreign element. For in itself it is invisible to us, but appearing 'other' and through another medium it is saturated with the nature of that medium. I pass over wax and gold and silver and copper, and all other varieties of moulded substance, which take on one common form of impressed likeness, but add to the copy each its distinct specialty. I pass over the myriad distortions of images and reflections from a single form in mirrors, plane, hollow, or convex. For nothing seems better to reproduce the type, no instrument more obediently to use its own nature, than the moon. Yet taking from the sun his bright and fiery rays, she does not transmit them so to us: mingled with herself they change colour and also take on a different power; the heat wholly disappeared, and the light fails from weakness before it reaches us. I think you know the saying found in Heraclitus, that 'the sovereign whose seat is at Delphi, speaks not, nor conceals, but signifies'. Take and add then to what is here so well said, the conception that the God of this place employs the Pythia for the hearing as the sun employs the moon for the seeing. He shows and reveals his own thoughts, but shows them mingled in their passage through a mortal body, and a soul which cannot remain at rest or present itself to the exciting power unexcited and inwardly composed, but which boils and surges and is involved in the stirrings and troublesome passions from within. As whirlpools do not keep a steady hold on bodies borne round and round, and also downwards, since an outer force carries them round, but they sink down of their own nature, so that there is a compound spiral movement, of a confused and distorted kind, even so what we call inspiration seems to be a mixture of two impulses, and the soul is stirred by two forces, one of which it is a passive recipient, one form its own nature. We see that inanimate and stationary bodies cannot be used or forced contrary to their own nature, that a cylinder cannot be moved as if it were a sphere or a cube, that a lyre cannot be played like a flute or a trumpet like a harp, but that the artistic use of a thing is no other than the natural use. Is it possible, then, that the animate and self-moving, which has both impulse and reason, can be treated in any other way than is agreeable to the habit, force or natural condition which is already existent within it? Can an unmusical mind be excited like a musical, or an unlettered mind be moved by literature, a mind untrained in reasoning, whether speculative or disciplinary, by logic? It is not to be spoken of.

    Plutarch.
